Good but expensive
A rare treat - gluten free Christmas cake. I decorated mine and it looked great but it was pretty enough with the icing if that’s what you prefer. The flavour is pretty good but it loses a star coz it’s a tiny bit dryer than I like - maybe if i can buy one next year I’ll get it earlier and feed it with brandy.

The cake had lots of fruit and nuts. It was packaged. The little round tine with the see through top is very nice too.I just thought it a bit dry and far too expensive. It is a small cake.
