I love the product although the cap leaked a bit during shipping. It looked messy. I think the caps are defective on the minerals bottles. I have already removed the wrapper and cleaned the bottle, so no pictures to share.

Delivered with brown ooze trickling down the side. Plastic looked intact. I pulled the plastic off and the smooth cap seal looked secure- until I went to lift it off- it was popped open… BE CAREFUL with this product. It LOOKS SECURE whic is dangerous. I am thankful there was brown ooze on the side of the bottle that made me hyper aware opening it to make sure it is secure . If the cap seal comes off easily- don’t use it. The bottle should have been tightly secured due to the weather changes during transport- extreme heat and extreme cold at points.FIX YOUR PACKAGING!

Although both the minerals and electrolyte ingredients from the combined bottles I purchase were tasteless, from the start of taking it, I have had constipation for several days now. I have even lowered their recommended dosages and still no relief.Let me add, I drink a gallon of water daily and eat lots of fiber and still I experience discomfort. My stomach has started to bloat.Before taking Beam Minerals I had regular daily bowel movements.I tried these minerals due to Dr. Mindy Pelz who have a YouTube social media, a podcast and other outlets shares with her audience that this was a good way to nourish your cells.She overlooked mentioning the side effects of constipation and bloating.Dr. Pelz knocks other supplements, while recommending this one- she promotes. Interesting.For a price tag of close to $99 for the combined bottles, I did not expect this type of discomfort. Not to mention - no refund.
