I got in touch with the seller directly asking for confirmation that this product is indeed ORGANIC and VEGAN as advertised. I wanted to know which organic control body had certified this product as organic (as there is no organic label on the package). I had NO response. Perhaps 'Bitesize Organics' is just a misleading name to make people think the products are organic. I've not bought any before, but this tastes really good, held shape when used in cookies, but didn't crumble. Worked just as I needed it to. It seemed cheaper by weight than other products, which is why I went for this one. My only slight criticism would be the size of the chips - they are like giant Cadburys buttons, or just a bit smaller than a square of chocolate from a bar.
