I wish the hand start was on the top other than that I love it works with torque great I will buy different power tool made by the same company

Love this little tool. It delivers the power into tight spaces. If I can get my fist in there this tool will fit. It has been a game changer for working in so many of these tight spaces. We decided to buy the 3/8" unit vs the 1/2" one by the same company due to it having the same basic power but could easily fit the smaller sockets that will fit into the smaller spaces. One person gave a bad review due to the unit not being perfect right out of the box but then went on to say the unit worked well after a minor fix. Well, mine worked perfectly, straight out of the box and has worked perfectly every time I've needed to use it. The more jobs I do the more I seem to use this impact driver. It feels good in the hand. The air line is quality. The trigger is quality. The main unit itself is beautifully made. The different power settings really help when you want to go easy or crank up the power, depending on what you are working on.It seemed a bit expensive when I decided to buy it but I had seen the videos on this unit and I wanted to try it myself. I had jobs I couldn't do because I couldn't get enough power into the tiny spaces so the jobs went unfinished, until now. I just have to wonder if they will ever make a micro or mini version of this that is 1/4" size. I have some jobs that could use less power but still need to get into ultra small spaces with the drive that impact drivers give.This bad boy is worth every penny!

The seller was punctual. The product is robust and comes finished. It came in a cardboard package that fulfilled its role, but it's not for life. If you're like me, you're going to use this in a tool drawer, then you won't matter the paper box. The tool is good and worth the money paid, you probably won't have a hand to hold all the torque, so this is a really useful tool for small spaces in the chassis of a truck or car. And it won't replace the normal air guns that have been out there for years. But believe me, when you need it, it will be too late to regret it, why didn't you buy it? It's worth a lot...

This tool made the impossible job of removing the rear turbo bolt on a 2003 F350 6.0L engine EASY. Extremely happy with the size and power of this tool. Brilliant idea to remove the handle so this can fit in very tight spaces with nearly 500 ft/lbs of torque for removing stubborn bolts. I used a 17mm extraction socket with this tool to remove a 10mm bolt. The larger extraction socket fit over the bolt flange and spacer making the removal easy. One of the pics shows the turbo pedestal...it's the back mounting hole that the bolt was removed from.

Compact, yet lots of bolt snapping power.Downside is customer service. Leaves much to be desired.

Did I need this? Nope. But for the price and convenience of it I feel it is worth it's weight in gold. Though admittedly I probably won't need it more than once or twice a year at most.

The remote trigger on the extended hose can be a little off putting at first, but this tool is extremely handy. I used it to remove the top bolts on a Lexus GS300 transmission. They are notoriously difficult to reach with traditional wrenches and impact guns, but with this I can fit it pretty much anywhere I can fit my clenched hands. It had plenty of power to break the stubborn bolts free. I was incredibly impressed, and I've found a few other odd jobs that are made much more easy with this super compact impact wrench. A great deal!
