Q: i both this in july and it has started to turn off automatically does anyone know about warranty and service?

We actually are an authorized service center located in Howard Beach, New York. These machines should not be run more than 2 minutes at a time as the blade bearings will begin to overheat. In addition to the one year warranty there is a 3 year warranty on the motor itself. As to the machine shutting off there could be several reasons as there is a speed sensor and electronic circuit board in the machine that monitors and controls motor.
