I tried a couple different hernia bands and they were uncomfortable after several hours due to the ribbing. The first day I wore this was comfortable and pain free for fourteen hours. Covers my eight inch diameter hernia and I'd it takes a couple of inches off my waist, that is a bonus.

I only started using this, this week. But I do notice SO MUCH MORE SWEAT when I take it off. I walk about 2 miles a day in it. I have not been using it long enough to notice results yet but so far so good! It is also very comfortable. I can sit in it or jog and it is still comfortable.

I have ALWAYS had problems with my love handles but in less than a week, I can tell a 100% difference. I can finally feel comfortable wearing tanktops and not have a HUGE muffin top! I would totally recommend getting this! I have never sweat so much in my life.

My husband & I won’t use another brand but this one, and we’ve tried many of them. Don’t waste your money, just get this one its durable and makes you sweat!! He’s an XL in clothes and uses a size large, I’m a large in women clothing and use a medium.

Used it on my daily work days and man it gets you to sweat for real! At the gym even better doesn’t not move from its place like others or makes workout uncomfortable! Highly recommend!

I was iffy due to previous experiences with similar waist trimmers in the past and not too sure of sizing so I went on a limb and decided to try it. But the velcro tab seem kind of thin and real sketchy to meSo far now I will give it a hig rating and update as I use it.Now only time will tell

This really does work and it is insane. I'm on day three and everytime I take it off a waterfall comes along with it. TMI. The only thing I don't like is that my underwear soaked from sweet dipping out of the wrap down my waist 🙃

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. I used mine for the first time the other day and my mid section area was dripping in sweat. While I know bodies are made in the kitchen and a waist trainer will not help me “lose weight”, the sweat makes me feel like I get more out of each and every work out!

I bought this a few years ago, and it still looks like new. I wear it every time I work out. It makes you sweat a lot. It is very comfortable. I wear it on top of my shirts when I go on long runs (21 km) because it rubs a bit, other than that material is good, I wash it with my other clothes and hung it dry it and still looks like new and the elastic hasn't changed.

As all know due to lockdown nowadays there is no work n workout ... So weight is gaining n body n back was getting injury so thought for this belt.. This belt is so comfortable to use while working, sitting n walking. The body n back get relief now.. It's worth to purchase this belt.. Very good n super material.

It is a very good product for lost weight. It is very comfortable, I wear it when I do exercise. For clean I just let to dry by himself. It is value for money if you want to lose belly fat this waist trainer because it makes you sweat more than we can sweat without it
