Cheaply made. Considering that other tasers cost as much as $1000, this is pretty descent for $40.00 I haven’t tried the taser because I don’t want to waste a cartridge, but the stun gun works fine.

TASER WORKS TRUST ME WIFE SHOT ME!
So I got this because Aurora Co has been dangerous wife's not comfortable with a .22 or 9mm so I got her this. Tested on me with my 501 pants barbs went through first initial shock is 2 to 3 seconds then when you hit the button for a pulse it lasts for 2 to 3 seconds I didn't fall over but my whole leg was stuck and ceased up. When only using the standard taser it's enough of a jolt to also get a threat off you im 240lbs 6ft so trust me this is BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! Thanks Amazon!!!!

Great for personal protection. Would consider A different holster
Great for self protection. But the holster will sometimes turn it on without meaning to. Could possibly be a big hazard

Not made of metal as advertised
I thought this was a real “steel” if it were actually made out of nickel and metal as they indicated in the listing. Made of plastic, the switch feels loose as well. The charger for US outlets was included, although it was pretty hard to get into the port, it feels like that port will cave in at any time. I don’t think this thing would survive a drop to the ground, but it will probably be effective for someone keeping this in their purse if they needed it. I’m going to fully charge it and keep it safe and put away, but I wouldn’t anticipate being able to charge it a bunch of times. it’s very reminiscent of a cheap plastic kids toy. Gave the stun gun without the cartridge a try and it does seem to work fine. I’m a bit paranoid that it won’t shoot the cartridges effectively so I’ll probably waste one and try it on a plastic target.

Had to buy a $5 cable but saved $20-$30
The media could not be loaded. Nice case and a good value for the money. Once I realized I could save money by just purchasing another cable, I was even happier with my purchase.

Seems to work fine.
I have not tried the taser part, but the laser and flashlight seems OK. The stun gun part works, but I have not tried it on anyone!( hope never have too). The Euro and American plugs were included with mine.
