I had lost 30 pounds and now am 15 away from my target. (I like to deal in pounds because they are easier to get rid of then stones and kilos)!I wanted a solution and came across this having tried others such as slim fizz and other appetite suppressants. These helped me lose 2 pounds over Christmas and helped since then to a total loss of 5. I think they work and will be buying more. Yes they say take half an hour before food - sometimes I manage this sometimes not yet still seems to work.I have been using for a further week and lost another 2 pounds. Its slow and steady weight loss yet that is what I want! You keep it off if its slow - we all know you don't if its a fad diet.You will not lose weight with these if you do not change your eating and exercise habits - however, they work if you do to lose that little bit extra and I can feel the results now.I have not have any sides effects but made an effort to ensure I was drinking lots of water - not just the odd glass or two but really trying to have lots at least 1.5 litres a day to ensure I didn't get bloated or constipated. Recommended is 2 litres but you do get some from food and I have soup so that all adds to it.Please feel free to comment if I can help I would love too as I know how hard ordering online can be! Having battled with my weight for most of my life (I'm 44 now) I'd tried every diet out there. So I decided to put my own weight loss program together. And did just an hours exercise each day (30 minutes boxing/exercise bike) Then a 30 minute walk in the evenings. My meals were small, things like Rice, soup, pasta. I did have a couple of off days where I allowed myself Pizza and fizzy drinks. But apart from that I stuck to a strict plan.I have lost all appetite to eat. Before I would eat out of boredom. Now I have to force myself to eat otherwise I just wouldn't. A month ago I could eat tons of food in one sitting. Now I struggle to eat as much. I feel full so much quicker. Don't buy these tablets if you expect to eat what you want and do no exercise. They don't work like that.Having used them for a month. The next month I plan to stick to my same routine or dieting and exercising. This time without the tablets to see if I can still make progress like I have on them. My reason for not giving 5 stars in simply the price. I managed to get a months supply for £35. But the price keeps skyrocketing. I checked the other day it was £79.99. It even got up to £104 at one point. So I doubt I'll be buying anymore. But on the bottle it does state that after a months use. You should notice the benefits and your body should change to help with dieting off the tablets. And in my case I think they have worked considering the weightloss and loss of appetite I now have. I try to do a little exercise like brisk walks for an hour a day. The least I have ever lost is 12LBS, the most is 18LBS and generally its over 14 LBS or a stone. this time I used XLS Max exactly as directed and kept to my strict routine. After a month I've lost 11-12LBS, or the lowest I ever have. Also I would say that I have put more effort and \"cheated\" less this past month than I usually do when having a purge. I was hoping to loose at least twice that amount as they advertise you can losses 3 times what you would normally. So twice doesn't seem unrealistic.
