Did they test this?
Looks great, but did they test this?β β β β β β’ Metal.β’ Borosilicate glass.β’ Textured (like 100 grit sandpaper) powder coating.β’ Matches perfectly with the MindSet Toothbrush Holder and MindSet Storage Pot.β β β β β’ No anti-slip ring underneath the pump. The upside is the glass is borosilicate and should survive if it falls into the sink.β’ A neodymium magnet proves it contains iron; either steel or low grade stainless. Suffice to say, once exposed it will rust.β β β’ The pump doesn't work (as others reviewers have reported). If it only pumps air or a thin liquid like water, then do this: First, remove the top and turn it upside down. Push the intake stem down so that it opens the glass bead valve. At this point you should now be able to blow air through the pump in either direction. Using a large syringe or an eye dropper, fill it with the liquid you intend to put in the dispenser, one with a higher viscosity (thicker) than water. While holding the valve open, inject it into the pump cylinder though the intake stem. Repeat this until the pump cylinder is at least 80% full. Then close the valve by letting go of the intake stem. Lastly, fill the glass reservoir with the same liquid and reassemble the top with the bottom. After a few presses, the pump should now work as expected. This is a simple fluid mechanics problem and for as expensive as this soap pump is it makes you wonder where have all the good engineers have gone.

Major flaw
Design is great sadly so spills out besides, leaving a mess. In addition, you have to make sure the bottom is screwed on tight because I picked it up and the glass jar fell in the sink. This is an expensive soap dispenser and it falls short the spout could be a little bit longer as well.
