COHK Replacement Proximity Sensor Light Motion Flex Cable with Front Face Camera for iPhone 6 4.7''

I'm always very apprehensious about buying a product with no reviews, and that are probably churned out by the thousands in the far east so quality may be an issue. However, the price of this was excellent, it had next day prime postage, /!: it was UK based.After googling front mic issues resulting in no audio being recorded using the front facing camera (and Siri not being able to hear me) i figured it may be the front facing mic. There would be no way of knowing if the fix would work until it was fitted but i gave it a shot.I used the smallest star screwdriver i had (from a previous iphone 4 job) and the smallest phillips screwdriver and away i went. I didn't need any suction cups to prise off the screen, running my nails along the edge worked fine. After that, i followed ifixit's guide to a T. There was a plastic surround for the light sensor i had to move onto the new cable (which wasn't mentioned) but other that that, the install was fine. Bend all cables before hand, it makes it much easier.Aaaand, the fix worked! Front camera, mic, proximity, light sensor all work fine. The only issue i encountered was when I recorded a test video using the front facing camera - the audio was slightly muffled, so i reseated the mic (the tiny gold square) and that sorted it. It obviously wasn't perfectly in line with the hole in the earpiece cht out.My phone is out of warranty (apple would have charged through the roof...) so for a fiver and 15 mins work, i'll take it :)

I broke the original when fitting a new battery without disconnecting the screen, not a clever thing to do.This part solved the problems caused by the broken original part having a tear in the ribbon cable which stoped the self camera and microphone not to work. Quite hard to fit the tiny parts back into the phone using a magnifier and good lighting but succeeded on second attempt. Tip: watch more than one video as some miss out important steps which are critical to success.

Did the job appears to work well - had to be quite careful in bending the ribbon as it needs to fold over for installation so a bit wary of this as a potnential issue but it all worked out quite well.

Excellent bit of kit that solved a ripped flex ribbon which happened during a battery change when the screen bent over.Had lost the ability to hear phone conversations due to the tear in the ribbon but this little fella fixed the problem.Takes a while to change over but with a little patience it’s an easy enough task.Just bear in mind the little connector to main board doesn’t come with a soft pad on top like the original one has- simple fix by stacking 3 tiny bits of cut electrical tape on top of each other then applying to said connector, didn’t want a short from the metal plate that covers the connector as it would have been metal on metal. Might be the reason people are having issues with it..Front camera works well and everything else is working perfectly.Anyway for me £6 well spent.

This did the job and allowed me to fix my old phone to a useable condition again.

Great quality! After more than 1 year now I have my top microphone working and I’m able to do proper Skype and Whatsapp video calls!

The part arrived damaged. The light sensor is missing so my phone won’t auto adjust to the ambient lighting conditions. It did however look like a genuine Apple part and works well otherwise. Amazon refunded the cost so good customer service from them.

Il fonctionne bien comme il faut quand on le mit correctement. C'est un bon choix. Je suis assez satisfait par rapport au qualité-prix.

Das iphone 6 hat diesen sensor bekommen da der alte defekt war.Hätte doch lieber den alten drin lassen sollen.Jetzt macht das iphone garnichtsmehr.Es geht zwar an aber das teil hat einen defekt, chip unter dem anschluss wird mega heiß und ein bild und licht gibt das iphone nichtmehr von sich. Lediglich bei itunes wirds erkannt.Also nicht kaufen, erspart es euch.

Allora non lascio mai recensione, il prodotto è arrivato in anticipò non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema in montaggio ed ha funzionato benissimo il sensore funziona e tutto come il originale Grazie!

Repuesto igual al original que cumple su función.
