Fantastic phone and you can't beat the price!
Until about a year ago I was not familiar with Ulefone and their products. I purchased one of their rugged phones and was so impressed I bought this phone for my grandson as his first phone. It scared me to think about a pre-teen breaking or losing a $500 to $1000 cell carrier provided phone so this was an obvious choice. Performance that rivals my wife's Samsung S10 at a fraction of the cost! The Note 9P has more battery capacity than the S10 (4500mAh vs 3400mAh), a better camera (16MP vs 12MP primary lens), a larger display (6.52" vs 6.1"), and did I mention it's about 1/6 the price? Also, nothing like a clean version of Android 10 with NO CARRIER BLOATWARE! All of those useless apps you can't uninstall on phones purchased through your cell carrier don't exist on the Ulefone products! It makes/receives calls as it should (I'm using AT&T), surf the web, texting, video chat, and my grandson plays games for hours on it. I'll NEVER buy or "upgrade" another phone through my cell provider, what a ripoff. This phone delivers on all of their promises, comes with a screen protector AND a clear vinyl case to prevent scratches/normal wear. I can't stress enough not to be scared of buying an unlocked phone, just try it. Take your SIM card out of your current phone, install it in this one and you're good to go. If you do have an issue, Ulefone's tech support is great. I did have a couple of questions with the very first unlocked phone I bought but they walked me through it and now I'm a "pro" ;) So, in another year or so when my wife FINALLY finishes paying off that $900 Samsung, when it comes time to get her a new phone, she's switching to a Ulefone too!

Great If You Need A Phone ASAP
This phone works when you need one in a pinch, HOWEVER, the battery life doesn’t last at all, the phone lags, and freezes badly. I went from an iPhone to this phone because my phone was locked and I couldn’t use it anymore. I had to get this because I couldn’t go without a phone, so I got this in a pinch. The first day was fine, but then the next few days, the screen lagged, apps froze, and yet, no updates for the phone? Seems suspish if you ask me. The phone is ideal if you need one NOW but don’t use it too long because it will freeze on you and lag very poorly. Once I got my new iPhone I immediately cleaned it out, smashed this phone, and tossed it. Just for that reason, that was my one and only time with Android. Go with iPhone instead!

A DECENT INEXPENSIVE ANDROID TYPE PHONE-AFTER SIX MONTHS REVIEW
OK-SO I HAVE THE COMPUTER AND SMART PHONE SKILLS OF A NEANDERTHAL. I GOT THIS AS IT WAS NOT EXPENSIVE AND (TO ME) IS EASIER TO OPERATE THAN AN APPLE AND A GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO THE SAMUSNG. THE BATTERY GIVES A GOOD LIFESPAN BETWEEN CHARGES, AND GETS DECENT SIGNAL FOR MY PROVIDER AS WELL AS WORKS WITH WI-FI AND VOIP. I DO NOT TEXT, BUT THE ON-SCREEN KEYS SEEM TO BE A DECENT SIZE AFTER ADJUSTMENT. THE NICE THING IS THAT IS IS "GSM". SO, IF I WANT TO TRAVEL, WAY LESS HASSLE. IT WAS A SLIGHT CHALLENGE TO GET ONTO MY PROVIDERS SYSTEM, BUT IN THE END WORKED WELL.

Really good value for the money
The best part about this Ulephone Note 9P is the overall value you're getting for the price, which as with all Chinese knockoffs of the big dogs, is fantastic as heck. Instead of paying $500-$1200 for the equivalent Samsung, HTC, LG, Motorola, etc, you get it for $100-$140 instead. The phone is quite durable overall, love the color scheme (I got the one with two different shades of blue), it comes with it's own protective soft cover for the body (not the screen though) and it's own charging cable. I find it reliable as well, have not had any problems with it at all, minus a problem with connecting to the WiFi for the first four hours of my attempts to set it up when I first got it. That said, it very well may have been my own fault for persistently mistyping my own password for the WiFi rather than the phone, though... I still don't know for sure. Haha. But you never heard this from me. Shhh! Classified Information! The one minor peeve I have is that the way it is programed when it comes to apps you want running versus ones you don't is that it auto-hibernates all apps you click off on the screen that you'd normally swipe the apps off on. On a normal Android, when you swipe them off, they stay running in the background, allowing you to use a app made to hibernate the apps you don't want running in the background when you're done with them, while leaving the ones you want or need running in the background up & running. On this phone, it always hibernates ALL apps on said screen. So weather apps have to be reopened incessantly, which I don't really appreciate all that much. The screen where you wipe them off is therefore cluttered if you do not click the apps you're not using anymore off. Minor peeve, but one I have nonetheless. The flip side of this is that it's finally a phone with a built in hibernation feature that actually shuts down and hibernates all apps for you rather than just figuratively doing so but never actually doing it. Overall a really good phone for the price, and I do recommend it!

Plus and minus
The fingerprint reader no matter how many times you move your finger to save barely recognizes your print.. just got the phone on yesterday and it freezes up and I have to restart...also the speaker is really low for phone calls.. can not hear someone speaking if you have the speaker on.. however listening to music or videos the speaker works fine (yes I have made sure the volume is up) battery life however is fantastic!! The phone graphics are great
