Was great easy steps my step on the Website found a spa about 30 mins drive from me easy online booking of treatments only down side is the gift card is sent to you as a email voucher what you need to print of and take with you other than that it's all very easy

I had not realised in effect it required you spend more on an upgrade. You could not use the voucher alone. It is impossible to call customer services as it is purely digital. I would steer clear of this product at all costs
