Returned for a refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for PS5 for additional sounds output *by K***L on September 7, 2023* I have an older setup in my basement with a projector and surround sound. I utilize the infrared cable to channel sound through my surround sound. The PS4 has a plug for this, but not the PS5. I was able to use this adapter to transfer sound from a USB plug on the back to the older surround sound infrared connector.
