Smells good feels good

Edited: I did get a replacement sent to me- and they sent another set of shampoo and conditioner to me not just the pump, which was nice. Unfortunately I was hoping to like this shampoo and conditioner, but it’s really just average or even a little less than. I notice a lot of flaking/dandruff that I didn’t have before using this product. If I do an oil treatment and leave it on my scalp overnight, it goes away for about 5 days. Then comes back (I’ve never had this issue before)... The scent of it reminds me of lime jello, not tea tree at all- which is unfortunate because I love the smell of tea tree (and it’s benefits). I’m trying to stick it out and use the product, especially because I have another whole set but I’m not sure I’ll use it honestly. I bought this because it was cheaper than another product I like and it just isn’t measuring up. - - - Original review: I’ve messed with the pump on the conditioner for several minutes and cannot get it to release. I thought maybe there was a trick to it until I tried the shampoo’s pump and it released easily like any other normal pump. I tried the conditioner again and still can’t get it. I’m hoping to be sent a replacement pump otherwise I’ll be returning.

Works wonders

I made the mistake of comparing these to Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Special shampoo, which is more potent but also costs twice as much! This product has a great smell and works fine. I wish the conditioner gave more volume to my hair. Customer Service reached out to me and refunded my money because I was dissatisfied with the conditioner. That was very surprising! The company cares how well you like their product!
