Nestlé CERELAC Rice and Maize with milk is intended for spoon feeding once or twice per day, unless otherwise advised by your health care professional. Start by giving 25g of Nestlé CERELAC per day mixed with 75ml of water. As your baby grows, gradually increase the amount up to a whole meal, to get the full nutritional benefits. When feeding, if your baby shows signs of being full, e.g. turning his head away, stop feeding and throw away unfinished portion.

Absolutely love this porridge. Smells lovely and definitely brings back memories.
This is great. Baby wasn’t keen to start off but that’s just because he was still experimenting with solids. Now he’s loving it. I was a bit hesitant to give my little one this as it smelled so sweet but after reading the ingredients I gave it a go and my little one loves it! It’s my go to breakfast for him now.

Imus to have this when I was a baby and early toddler years so to me it's the taste of childhood, so I'm really pleased to find it and for my baby girl to have it. Is so versatile I make for her as breakfast, snack or pud and she loves it, it's sweet enough and full of flavour and goodness and to be honest I don't mind when there is a bit of left overs :)))

1. Wash your hands before preparing your baby's food and ensure all utensils are clean. 2. Boil clean drinking water. Measure 150 ml into a clean jug and allow the water to cool for 25 minutes until lukewarm. 3. Using a clean spoon measure 50 g of Nestlé CERELAC into a clean bowl. Pour the 150 ml of lukewarm water into it. 4. Stir until the cereal is smooth with a clean spoon and use immediately, checking first to make sure it's not too hot for your baby.
