Poor quality product and worst service experience
"Very disappointed with this purchase. The helmet is of very cheap quality, looks used, has dust and scratches, and came without any protective covering. It’s totally different from what was shown in the pictures. The outer box was also damaged. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to call back after 4 days just to confirm whether it can be returned. Extremely poor service

Build in quality unsatisfied.
The helmet is also light weight but built in quality is not satisfactory. Both visor good but not scratch proof but easy to cleanable.
