Floor mat much smaller than bench mat
There is one disappointing aspect to this kit, which is that the floor mat is very much smaller than the bench mat. The width would not be such an issue, but the length certainly is. It is only long enough for the operator to work effectively in the middle of the bench, or move it to the part of the bench being worked on. With a reasonable sized bench I have equipment all over it, so would like to be able to move from one end to the other without worrying that my ankle strap is no longer in contact with the floor mat.I was concerned about this aspect from the photo but an answer posted to a question about this very point on this item by one of the sales team suggested that the floor mat was bigger than the bench mat.For a few pounds more from the same supplier it is possible to buy the bench mat and a floor mat of suitable length separately.
