Is it ok to use this to grease my car seat runners & car door hinges? thanks!

It’s not designed to be used as a general purpose lubricant, it is specific to lubricating rubber parts such as ‘O’ rings. A lithium-based grease is the most effective grease for seat runners. Second best would be a graphite or PTFE based lubricant. Don’t be tempted to use WD-40 as it’s NOT a lubricant, just a water dispersant.

Can I use this to lubricate the connection on my car trailer?

Yes it’s absolutely fine as it is totally waterproof

It's a gel also known as dry grease

can this be used on coffee machine taps, is it safe for food

You can get food safe grease on Amazon. I wouldn't use is one for this purpose.
