Ordered a second time works sometimes keep on for 2 days def feel difference using them as need lots extra vit b12 as a milf mitochondrial disease sufferer. Stopped using as much once switched to daily berocca and b12 sublingual sprays though but always good yo have on hand if doing a high energy activity for a few days.

Good patches, convenient to wear and slow release is the best way to absorb.

Unsurprisingly, these did nothing for me. I say unsurprisingly, as my when I asked my doctor about transdermal vitamins she laughed and shook her head. Most vitamins aren't absorbed through the skin, which makes transdermal patches just a plain old scam. I'm having my deficiency treated with injections now, and finally feel better.

Feel Energized, sticks on fine and comes off with no fuss. As they were new i managed to purchase at a discounted price. As they have gone back upto normal price i think its a bit steep as they're only on your body for 24hrs. You don't have to wear them daily. Overall very happy with what i have used, would question whether i purchase again.

I am very impressed with these vitamin patches. I did not seem to be recovering fully after a viral infection and when I had recovered, I felt very depressed. I thought I would try a vitamin B12 supplement to see if it would help. Vit B capsules, tablets and even drops and sprays upset me, so I decided to try a patch. I started with a different brand of patch which was just B12 and folic acid. Some days I would feel better, others I would not and so I looked to try a different brand. I saw that this patch delivered a greater amount of B12 plus it had the benefit of all the other B vitamins plus vitamin D, vitamin K, A and E. After wearing the first patch, I noticed that my depression lifted after two days. I am currently in a phase of experimenting to find the best length of time to keep the patch on. It says in the instructions to take the patch off after 24 hours and that should be enough to keep you going for a week. I am keeping the patch on for four days as I can't imagine the patch suddenly stopping delivering the vitamins at precisely 24 hours. I noticed, keeping the patch on all the time, that one lasts approximately 4 days and I can tell when the effects have worn off. So currently, I am renewing the patch every 4 days. I am extremely impressed with the benefits of this patch in terms of lifting me out of the depression I had been in. The patch is about 1 inch square and once applied I have had no problems with it falling off or becoming loose. It also seems to be water resistant. I can highly recommend this. I've already ordered more and I sincerely hope that Amazon keeps it stocked as opposed to running out of stock, which it often does with health products.

These patches actually do work ... I have fibromyalgia and the dreadful fatigue that goes with it, a friend recommended these so I bought some thinking they are a bit expensive but I'll try and they probably won't work either, they do work I do feel different also more alert I will now continue with them.

They do make me feel better but, as another reviewer said, they don't stick very well - I've also resorted to sticking them on with micropore tape. I'll probably buy a different brand when these run out.
