The product works well but, as others have said, the brush is useless. It disintegrates at a slight touch! The container is full to the brim so to get the tray out you have to get the liquid on your fingers. It contains ammonia so smells awful and you need to clean your hands well after use. But it does work really well. I have an engraved ring which accumulates dirt. Three minutes in the solution and it’s cleaner than new.

An excellent cleaning product. Works quicker than competitors' products. Left an item in for the same time as another product and did more damage than good. My fault. I watched more closely when cleaning other items and was very happy with the results. I do not have big hands but trying to get the tray out I found it to be a problem but will certainly buy it again for future jewellery cleaning jobs.

This is a really great item so easy to use and it cleans jewellery in 30 minutes ,it tells you what jewellery not to clean too.It comes with a small brush too in the solution so you need to lift that out .you drop the jewellery into the pot of blue liquid ,leave it for 30 minutes then it lifts out easily as there is a rod you pull up which brings the jewellery up to the surface on a shelf .Make sure you wear gloves .The solution has quite a strong smell about it ,if you have ever used Brasso the smell is similar .But definitely a really good product has made such a difference to my jewellery precious & costume
