Good quality balls
Dunlop squash balls (red dot) are an excellent choice for players seeking a good balance of speed and control. These balls have a consistent bounce and are durable, making them ideal for both practice and competitive play. The red dot signifies they are suitable for beginners and intermediate players, offering a nice blend of responsiveness and playability. Overall, they enhance the enjoyment of the game, allowing for longer rallies and improved skill development. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their squash game!

excellent for the beginner
I am a club player and always use double yellow for my own games, but I was introducing the game to a beginner and bought these. Obviously they do not require the warm up that DY would so for a beginner who cannot co-ordinate pace on the ball, these are excellent. I can imagine many beginners give up the game after being introduced with a DY .. such a shame. With these you can have a decent rally. I would thoroughly recommend them for this purpose.

Good option for people who are relatively new to squash
The high quality I have come to expect from Dunlop squash balls is there and this Progress version is great as a step up in level from beginner grade - hangs in the air a bit longer than competition squash balls so good for those who are relatively new to squash and seeking to improve technique.

They are round
They are round, bounce a little bit and don't split when trodden on.

Good quality, good fun
Good quality. And a much more fun experience with friends who aren't up to the single-yellow dot standard. Frankly, I think everyone who plays for fun should play with this ball; it's just so much more enjoyable that dead-ball squash.
