Not been taking them long so not seen any effects. They are quite large so not that easy to take and they have a slight taste to them. Decent enough price though.

Good value high strength although the tablets atr very large which makes them not enjoyable to take regardless of how much liquid you use. I also wouldn’t recommend these over long term as the NHS recommended daily vitamin C intake is 1000mg otherwise regularly taking more rhan this can cause kidney problems.
