Great hair dryer - give great added volume to hair, you have to persevere with it for a few times, but one you have mastered it this item is great, almost as good as professional Salon

Had it for a few weeks now. I have short/medium hair and use it for blowdrying/volume. It replaces my old brush &hairdryer, does the job beautifully every time. It's so much easier and quicker. No more arm/shoulder pain. I also got compliments several times in work, was told I always look like I just went to the hairdresser :-)

I have been using hot air brush from rowenta for the last 18-20 years. Sadly the product is getting worse every time I get a new one. First brush lasted me 12 years!!! 2nd one 4-6years and 3rd one 2. In the picture is missing brush now, was much slimmer and the brush looked like new, impressive quality there!Quality of the brush is getting worse, cable is shorter, body is getting bigger,fatter and impossible to manoeuvre the buttons with easy, now I get a sore hand by the end.Rowenta please go back 20 years and see what have you lost along the years 😞I use my brush once a week, if this new one lasts more than 2years I will be very surprised...

I had model before and I can tell Rowena works very hard to repair all issues. This Rowena is the best volume dryer on all market! I promise

THE ITEM IS NOT SAFE. I have used it only ONCE and look at the amount of hair i have lost from using it ONCE. This item is dangerous and damaging to the hair as it ripped out my hair from the roots. The seller claimed that there is a free return option but when speaking to seller he is saying there is no such an option. The seller is scamming people by selling them a dangerous item which damage the hair and lie to them about a free return option when there is not so they don't take their money back. I don't want to use this product or replace it as I am scared of this item instead I want my money back. I will be writing a public review on how the item IS NOT SAFE and that the seller is UNTRUSTWORTHY as he is not complying with the policy. Do NOT waste your money and do NOT buy this item

It’s the perfect product for what I need. Finally I won’t use the straightener that was running my hair!!!!
