Good value but hard to swallow

I got for PCOS - it’s too soon yet to know if it’s working but it’s good value for the money if it is. It’s the cheapest Inositol i have seen. The pills are difficult for me to swallow though - I have to break them in half and it’s still hard to swallow.

Helped me to conceive after trying for 2 and half years.

I dont usually write reviews but I had to with this product.My husband and I had been trying to conceive for over two and half years and I was becoming a bit concerned that it wasn't going to happen. I did a little research online and came across an article that said Inositol was good for fertility with those that have PCOS. Although I've never been diagnosed with PCOS I thought it couldn't hurt to try it.First month of taking these I got pregnant!! I noticed a huge difference with my mood, I didnt break out in any acne like I usually do at the time of the month and I noticed it helped reduce my severe PMT. The pregnancy ended up in a early miscarriage but it obviously helped with conceiving!Only downside is the bottle only lasts a month so can work out expensive but in my opinion it helped so it's worth it. My periods weren't irregular as such, my monthly was anywhere from 26-32 days every month. I cant comment as yet if they help regulate my cycles anymore as I've only used them a month and just about to buy my second bottle. I will update this again if they help anymore.

Didn't work for me

I was on a different brand of Inositol for treating my PCOS symptoms and ttc which brought my cycles back from 50-80 days down to 35days. I decided to try this brand as it was significantly cheaper, now I regret I did it. I'm on my 40th day of my cycle and still haven't ovulated (I track it with tests and temperature). My cravings are back and double in strength, the only positive side of those pills is reduced acne and the price. Will not be buying again, going back to the previous brand.
