It is a very good and a quality steel mug, but stinks after using it.

Even after 8 hours my coffee is so hot that I can not drink a large sip straight out of this thermos. And that too in spite of the fact that I have taken multiple sips by opening its push button lock.Its very light weight and compact. Its fits in my car's can holder space. It has an intelligent push button lock to drink straight out of the bottle . it opens the cap very slightly when you press the button and keeps it in this position till you keep pressing this button. Cap opens fully only when you have taken pressure off the button.I ordered this on 3rd Feb & the seller Ibhejo delivered it to me on 6 Feb.

象印のこのタイプの水筒が大好きで、もう3代目（6本）になります。初期のものは塗装が剥げて買い替えたり、家族が増えて買い足したり、サイズ違いで買ったりしています。年々軽くなり、細くなり、部品がシンプルになり、その分洗いやすくなり、塗装が剥げにくくなり、保温性が上がっています。毎回買い足すときに他社製品と比較しているのですが、車で通勤時にも飲むので片手で開けやすいものとなると、やはり象印に軍配が上がります。小さいサイズはハンドバッグにおさまるので、女性のお出かけや幼児が使うのに最適です。大きいサイズのものは、外出先でお茶が切れて500とか550mlのペットボトルを買ったときに全量入れることができるので、夏は冷たいまま飲めて最高です。飲み物が一気に出ないので、小さい子どもも飲みやすいようで、息子は0歳でストローマグで飲めるようになったあと、1歳前から普通にこの水筒で飲んでました。1歳過ぎて指の力が強くなったら、自分で開けて飲んでました。夜は枕元に持っていき、夏は家でも使って、本当に24時間使い倒してる商品です。茶渋は泡ハイターでかんたんに落ちます。

Had this mug for a couple of years now.Now ready to write review.In short - buy it while you can.It is a truly excellent travel mug I have used it every day and I mean every day, I have dropped it it has been abused it is now dented and it still works perfectly it is very robustly made with good quality materials.It works very efficiently and keeps drinks hot for ages.This is why you should buy this mug:This mug has a very wide neck and completely removable top which means you can thoroughly clean the inside of the mug.You can dissemble the cap completely (unlike many other mugs) which means you can thoroughly clean this which is essential.Many other travel mugs have very narrow necks which prevents you from being able to effectively clean them or they have fixed components in the lid and neck which again prevent you from cleaning. No problems with this one it all comes apart and can be easily cleaned and reassembled.A personal tip if this helps:Every month I soak it completely dissembled in bleach overnight. It thoroughly sanitizers and cleans every component thoroughly.The result of keeping your travel mug exceptionally clean is that that it will keep your drinks fresher for much, much longer.Anyway, this travel mug is exceptionally well made.I am not sponsored nor have I any connection with the seller.I paid for my mug, just like you.I have not been incentivised in any way to write this review.I believe giving credit where credit is due and I highly recommend this product to anybody who uses a travel mug and wants a quality well designed long-lasting excellent performance product.

I added an extra star because both a closed lid, or locked lid and its very strong insulation will prevent all but the most unfortunate or ingenious small child from hurting themselves simply by touching the bottle.★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞: probably not due to the external paint durability and perhaps silicone gaskets. The manual says, "To protect the paint, print or stickers on the outside of the Main body: Do not use a dishwasher or dish-dryer. Do not boil to sanitize. Do not use bleach on the outside of the main Body."Other cleaning instructions from the manual:► Do not clean with thinner, benzene, abrasive cleaners or other harsh cleaners.► Do not use chlorine type bleach.► Do not soak in water for an extended period of time.► Wipe moisture off thoroughly to prevent water stains or rusting.According to the manual, Zojirushi sell a special cleaning detergent called "SB-ZA01" or "SB-ZA01E", specifically for removing coffee and tea stains. However, Zojirushi America on Youtube also state you can try any other non-bleach coffee pot cleaner as long as they are safe for stainless steel and nonstick coatings.If the base dimension stated at the top does not fit your car's travel mug holder, Zojirushi seem to do another product series called "SM-YAE" or "SM-YAF" which are specifically made for car holders. I do not have one to check their dimensions though and the dimensions are not mentioned in the manuals for some reason.Included image is the final page from the Zojirushi SM-SA/SM-SC Instruction Manual which has a handy Specifications table and other information.𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: probably the best overall travel mug available; anything else and you must be looking for some very specific feature or style. I will be getting more as gifts.

Third Zojirushi flask I have bought. I used to love Contigo ones that had a lock but was doing some research on different flasks and was intriguedThis flask, as well as being a gorgeous colour, is easy to assemble,can be thoroughly cleaned out (unlike my Contigo which could mostly be cleaned but had some springy bits that were hard to get to) and keeps drinks hot or cold for hours.I tend to use mine for iced drinks and they always stay icy and cold for hours,I'm forever surprised. My new favourite flask type and no looking back.The reason it'smmy third is I gave the first to my partner but we wanted a spare one so I gave him the second one and bought this beautiful turquoise one for myself. I will add photos later if I remember.

This is a great solution for coffee lovers. The double wall keeps the coffee hot/warm for 24 hours (in an 18C environment). The sipping lid is easy to pop open and sip from, and has a lock. The cup is also leak proof, provided you tighten the top correctly.I bought this following a review in the New York Times, which was spot on. Also just to note, when it arrives you might see the Californian P65 health warning, don't freak out as it is over the top (it's California) and if you read up and only reason is that the lip popper includes a nickel spring which doesn't touch the drink anyway.
