Rye breads in the shops are often packed with additional flours, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, preservatives, etc. This product is free from everything; suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It did take me a little while to become used to the taste; I was used to more commercial brands of rye bread. I prefer it toasted - in the oven, not the toaster. For breakfast, I often add some mashed avocado, plum tomatoes, and rocket. Otherwise, if I'm craving something a little sweeter (keeping in mind, the bread does have a subtle sweet taste to it), I spread on some 100% nut butter (almond being my favourite) and some sliced banana. Once opened, I store it in the fridge, as per the instructions, and it lasts well. ### ⭐⭐ While it's price remains the same, the product has changed completely *by G***S on 22 December 2020* A loaf of this Everfresh rye bread is clearly not worth Β£13.50. Never was and never will! Well, never will, adjusting for inflation. This product used to be clearly described as "(pack of 8"). Mysteriously, that disappeared. But I was still getting a pack of eight. Then, a few months later, I started getting a solitary pack. I noticed I was still being charged about the same price as I had previously been charged for 8 pack!!! It is fortunate I noticed, as I am locked into a subscription. Surely, I cant be the only person to have been fooled!?? Instead of not publishing this review, Amazon should publish it and take this dupe seriously. ### ⭐ Disgusted *by M***N on 19 July 2021* I paid over Β£10 for this bread and this is how it arrived. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I had to write this review to warn others, I have bought everfresh products before and they are usually amazing really tasty but this was inedible, how can Amazon charge so much for one loaf of bread they really should be ashamed of themselves, I ordered some cakes too and they also arrived mouldy.
