Arrived on time and I think it's a good value for money

I have an elderly cat who can’t tolerate a lot of other foods. This food is kinder on her stomach, & what’s a plus is she actually likes it I wish they did samples of their other specialist food varieties because it could be a waste of money to buy a bag only for my cat to turn her nose up at it.

Just as described - cat food for renal function, not to be fed to cats that are perfectly healthy!

My elderly cat had some Renal issues and I was advised to put him on a Renal Diet. He is a fussy cat and my vet gave me a list of diets for him to try. Purina Pro Plan was on the list and I am pleased to say that he ate the food with no problems. My other elderly cat, without any Renal issues, also ate the diet. It is a good quality diet and great value compared to other Renal veterinary diets. More importantly the cats enjoyed it!

No problems cat loves it

Bounty is an active and alert senior cat, who has been with us since summer 2006. She will now be between 17 and 18 years old. Two years ago, she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, apparently very common in senior cats. The vet recommended mixing in renal function dried cat food into her normal diet and she has been on these biscuits ever since. Bounty has always been on a mixed wet/dry food diet. Felix as Good as it Looks and Purina One Senior 7 plus are her wet food. Her dry food is a combination of these renal function biscuits mixed in with Purina One Senior 11 plus biscuits and a few cat treats - Dreamies and Felix Goody bags. This diet seems to suit her and the renal function dried food is an important part of it. The biscuits arrived promptly and I am yet to see them at any supermarket so buying online is convenient.

I bought these biscuits to try for my 18 year old cat who was diagnosed with kidney disease in September last year. Since then I have worked my way through the range of wet renal cat food that Hill Science, Royal Canin and Purina offer and although my cat would initially eat these quite happily, within a few weeks he would grow bored of it and refuse to eat it. My vet then suggested trying him on a dry food diet and so I switched him to the Hill Science kidney biscuits. Again, everything was fine for a few weeks and then he grew bored of that, so after doing a search I found that Purina also do kidney biscuits so decided to give them a try. My cat has been on them for little over a week now and at the moment he does seem to be enjoying them. He likes that the biscuits are on the small size, making it easier for him to eat and I have found that if I split his daily allowance in half and give him one half in the morning and one half in the evening he tends to eat more of them (I am assuming this is because they go "stale" if they are left out all day). On the plus side his bouts of daily sickness have stopped and he has also become more regular at the other end so I like to these biscuits are doing him some good - I just hope he doesn't get bored of these soon because then I don't know what I will do!

My cat's gotten sick with kidney issues, so this is what the vet recommended. He's been recovering well. Hopefully this helps out a lot! Only been using it for almost a month, no issues so far.
