Bahco 2101G-160 should be 160 long but in description it saids 180 and 160 long which one is the right size please

Would these be okay to cut through 4mm Wire Rope, which is 7 threads of wire giving a total diameter of 4mm. Or might I damage them?

No I wouldn't advise 4mm it would damage the cutting edges and put stress on the arms

Are these the ones shown in the image or are they the new design ones with a predominantly black handle?

This picture is outdated. Some suppliers may still have old stock that look like this but the black rubber of the pliers expands up towards the metal as per the latter part of your question. Hope this helps.

Do these have a lifetime warranty

No. The warranty covers any faults with the material and any manufacturing defects for the normal lifetime of the tool in question. If the tip was to snap after initial or early use then it would be more than likely be a fault with the material. If after say a 'year' (or prolonged use) and the tip was to snap then this would be probably down to wear and tear and not covered under warranty.
