Quick, easy, delicious.
Delish and easy to prepare. Like to make my own from scratch but this is a great weeknight meal addition that's quick and easy.

Delicious risotto. Easy to make, and everyone loves it.

Salty and chewy
I made it and I ate it all, but it took a few days as it was very salty. The grains were a bit tough too, which I have noticed happens in parboiled rices. I think itโs a fix with a longer cooking time. Too much salt tends to inhibit absorption of water in grains as well. Was tasty in small portions, though. Good as a small accompaniment to roasted veggies, or in an elegant mushroom/veggie seitan wrap.

Delicious for a box
I used to make my own risotto from scratch. This boxed version is Surpringly flavorful and delicious with truffle coming through. So easy to make too!
