After over 30 years of Judo, Ju-Jitsu, rugby and squash, I have tried pretty much every support and brace around, and I would certainly put this right up there with he best of them.Gives required amount of support without being uncomfortable, solid construction yet thin enough to fit in your shoes without being too tight. I’ve worn mine for a 14hr shift where I’m on my feet all night and performed perfectly. The only test I’m yet to give it is a wash test but looking at its quality I would be surprised if it has any problem.Would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered and received this last week and have worn it nearly a week now. I had read the reviews and chose to wear a sock under as it is more comfortable. I felt that it gave me good ankle support and I like the fact that you can adjust how lose/tight you wear it. I have generally got on well with it since then however there are now 2 things that have slightly put me off. The first is that as it's a little padded (maybe as it's new) I have struggled wearing shoes with it and tend to wear converse really loosely tied. I understand from the description that this can be worn for sports too but there is no way that I could fit my workout trainers on over this. The second thing is that the hole where your heel goes has started rubbing (whether a sock is worn or not) and it has made my heel really sore, although it might just be my one and not a problem for others.

The ankle support arrived promptly and well packaged. Never needed one of these before, but needed this for her in doors. We had started Parkruns and she had complained of aches in her ankle. I had read loads of reviews on Amazon and finally took the plunge based on previous reviews and the requirement to fit in a trainer whilst running. Although slightly thicker than anticipated, it does still fit inside a trainer. The thickness I can put down to product quality and it does the job marvellously. I might say too good as she knocked over a minute off of her PB. She has now worn it several times with different trainers and although slightly more comfortable in some then others, that could be down to the shoes.

Have used product for a few weeks now to help support ankle when sports training. Very easy to use. It provides good stability.However, it has worn quite quickly and has already started fraying on the straps. I haven’t used it that much at all and am a bit disappointed with its durability as my previous ankle support of a similar design to this lasted a year. Also, due to its thickness it can be quite uncomfortable.

Just want to say a massive thank you. I destroyed my left ankle a couple of years ago on the military and have struggled with it when climbing and mountaineering ever since. It’s very weak and the slightest roll means I can’t walk for a day or so and it swells up horrendously. Since getting your ankle brace it now feels much stronger and is much easier to do the things I love without the fear of damaging it further. It’s really well priced and excellent quality and it can be worn with my boots which is awesome. Thank you for helping me out guys your awesome

Bought this to help me overcome ankle injuries and tendonitis. Did it's job incredibly well though be sure not to wear it for too long as it becomes quite constricting on the heel, which causes pain. For me this wasn't such a hindrance though as I only had one brace for two injured ankles so would just switch foot every few hours.When I suffered pain in my ankles or foot, the support brace eased this immediately with amazing stability. I will say though that the stitches attaching the velcro onto the straps is not strong enough for the intended use, especially if using long term.

I’m sure many people found this product helpful but i did not. Its very restrictive making normal walking very difficult. Its possibly ok for minor sprains but I would say its too tight and restrictive for an ankle with any swelling. I have achilles tendonitis and it really exacerbated the condition. I feel the velcro was too wide and too short. The support felt uncomfortable and caused me increased pain where the tendon was already swollen. This might be better when the condition is less acute and closer to recovery. On a positive note it is well made and was delivered quickly.

I was please with this item on arrival , my 13 year old daughter said it was easy to use, comfortable and she felt her recent Netball ankle injury was supported. However, I was soon to be extremely disappointed by the quality of the product Velcro fastenings- after 24 minutes of playing a game ( the very first time of wearing the support ) one of the Velcro fastening literally came clean off the support itself thus reducing the support given to the ankle.On examination it appears that the Velcro fastening has frayed and possibly the stitching has not been sufficiently finished off- poor quality product or just a manufacturing fault not picked up on quality check- I’m not sure which- either way item now useless.
