I’m really pleased with my purchase. It arrived very quickly and was very well packaged and protected. It’s great that there are mouthpiece options as it helps gets the best “fit” for purpose and the unit itself is neat and compact. My daughter has been using this product since it arrived to clear and heal her sinus following an operation. It has only been used so far with a salt solution and tissue salts. It works very well is compact and very portable. It should be remembered all these products must be used with distilled water, as any contition needing a nebuliser will not improve using water containing bacteria. It is hard to find propper distilled water these days as chemists don't mix any more, so the nearest thing is de-ionised water which has had all the metals and minerals removed, but it is still not sterile - so needs to be boiled and stored in a sterilised glass container which shouldn't be kept long as contact with air will also allow bacteria to enter it. It is better to boil small amounts when you need it really not more than two days worth at a time. De -ionised water is available from garages as they sell it for car batteries - and some iron mongers. Chemists should be able to order the real thing, failing that your doctors surgery or local hospital, remember even the real thing is easily contaminated by oxygen so should be boiled if it has been open a while. Arriived quickly. Easy to setup, including using official hospital tubes and nebuliser head. Using for sodium chloride medication for laryngectomy. Works fine and makes a reasonable mist. Is a bit noisier than advertised though. Hospital unit provided near 90Db and like a Massey Ferguson tractor, so wanted something quieter. Check and this is running at about 60-65Db. So a big improvement. It is compact and lightweight. Add in the cheap price, and so it really is pretty good.

Great nebuliser a little noisy but does the job perfectly well. Well made little unit and very happy with all the accessories. Only issue was the air tube is a little short but as I’m using this for my dog at the moment it’s ok.

A bit expensive but worth the money for what it is required for. Very quiet . Lightweight.

the product itself is excellent, a trusted name as i work with omron components on a daily basis at work. it however didnt state in the description that there would be no english instructions! AND also arrived with only a european 2 pin plug! so it was useless when it arrived! i ordered it for my nan, problems were resolved when she went to the doctors with the manual and the doctors receptionist contacted omron directly!

As I only need to use a nebuliser occasionally, I really did not want to pay out a lot of money and this machine attracted good reviews in general. I also have a blood pressure monitor made by Omron, so felt fairly confident that it would not be rubbish. Happy to say that it arrived quickly, came complete with a UK/European combined plug and a full instruction manual. Worked without any fuss, sits happily by my bedside, is so much quieter than the machine borrowed from the surgery, and delivers the measured dose in the promised time. So for my type of usage, am more than chuffed!

I already have one and its been used a lot ....I have bought this as a spare and I am still using my old one 4yrs ....I highly recommend this

Ich suchte ein Inhalationsgerät für mein Kind (5 Wochen alt) welches erkältet war. Früher vor fast 20Jahren hatte ich ein Pari-Inhalationsgerät, da ich aber diesmal eine günstigere Variante suchte, stieß ich auf dieses von Omron. Zuerst war ich etwas unsicher da es noch keine Rezensionen gab und laut Produktbeschreibung das Gerät nur 270gramm wiegen sollte,ob es denn genug und gut Inhalationslösung vernebelt und ob das leichte Gerät nicht laut ist. Das Gerät war in nu nutzungsbereit, total einfach zusammenzustecken, leicht zu reinigen, Gerät und Einzelteile waren sehr gut verarbeitet, schlichtes Design und wirklich sehr kompakt und leicht. Über die verschiedenen Aufsätze habe ich mich gefreut,normaler Mundstückaufsatz, Aufsatz extra für Naseninhalation, Erwachsenen-atemmaske und als letztes noch Kinder-atemmaske(perfekt für unser Baby). Die Atemmasken sind aus weichem Material und fühlen sich sehr angenehm an der Haut an. Angeschaltet vernebelt das Gerät gleichmäßig und relativ geräuscharm die Inhalationslösung. Ein kleines Minus wäre vielleicht, dass laut Hersteller man das Gerät nicht länger als 20minuten am Stück laufen lassen sollte, da sonst das Gerät sich überhitzen könnte deshalb soll man nach einer Nutzung von 20 minuten das Gerät für einige Minuten ruhen lassen. Bevor ich dies in der Gebrauchsanleitung gelesen habe, habe ich es länger laufen lassen, aber eine richtige erwärmung konnte ich nicht feststellen.

Cet aérosol est facile d'entretien et facile à monter également. Je l'utilise pratiquement tous les jours à cause de mes sinusites chroniques et jusqu'ici je n'ai absolument aucun soucis. J'en suis vraiment contente ! Je le recommande.

Das Omron CompAir C801 ist klein, nur mäßig laut und leistet einen guten Dienst. Wir haben es für unseren Sohn (4) gekauft. Die kleinere der beiden mitgelieferten Masken passt sich perfekt seinem Gesicht an. Auch gut ist, dass ein Halteband für den Kopf mitgeliefert wird. Damit muss man das Handteil im Grunde nicht beim Inhalieren festhalten. Bei kleinen Kindern ist das natürlich super. Einzig der mitgelieferte Schlauch zwischen Kompressor und Handteil könnte etwas länger sein. Hatten vorher ein Inqua-Gerät. Es war größer, teurer, lauter, die Luft roch beim Inhalieren unerträglich. Schuld war der Schlauch. Auch wurde kein Halteband für den Kopf mitgeliefert. Kurzum: Das Omron-Gerät ist perfekt. Ideal für gelegentliches Inhalieren.
