Been taking these for 7 months now and they're fantastic, i take 3 upto 1 hour before i run. They do work wonders. My running has improved loads and i have lost weight too. They work as an appetite suppressant mostly because they cause side effects for me; especially near constant nausea, stomach pain, increase reflux, which tends to make me not want to eat. I’m bulimic as it is, probably not a good thing for me to take them

Does exactly what it says on the tub, I've only been using this a few days, but already I have so much more energy for my workout it's unreal, no more lethargy before a workout! Definitely helps control my binging as well so I would say it definitely helps suppress my appetited, so far so good ! Would definitely recommend this as part of a good diet and pre exercise routine!

I guess these work differently for different people. I took just one tablet for 3 days. It helped slightly with energy but not much, just made me feel more awake and alert while my concentration actually decreased . I didn't eat more or less and I eat little normally . But they blew my stomach and legs out hugely , left feeling twice my normal weight and hugely bloated . I feel as though my weight has increased a lot. Will not take any more of these and won't be buying any more - I feel huge. But again, they did help a little with overall energy - but not much

I ordered these after reading the reviews as I needed something for an extra boost of energy. Took 3 the 1st day and liturally didn't do anything. Took 4 today and the same again, nothing. Infact, I liturally could sleep right now. If its the caffeine in them that is supposed to boost you then there is no wonder they don't work. I probably consume more caffeine in one cup of coffee. Sorry but total waste of money
