Yes they do stick to a magnetic rack, I have them on my rack.

Are these really 10” long?

Mine measure 220mm or 8.5” long from tip of the blade to the end of the handles.

What are the handles made from, can the scissors go in the dishwasher

The handles appear to be a really tough plastic possibly moulded onto the metal shape so very strong but comfortable to use . We have four pairs in total because I put them in the dishwasher after each use! Though not stated as dishwasher safe , mine have been dishwashered for 3 or 4 years!!
