Quality
I had to give this five stars as it is a great quality product with more than enough tools supplied to do the job (I only needed to use three of them). I've repaired the glass on phones before and they've always felt quite thin and flimsy when installing but whilst this glass is thin it's also robust and feels nice and solid in your hand. I can honestly say there was nothing to dislike about this product as even the price was cheap as chips when you consider some companies will sting you for over £130 and force you to buy a digitizer as well when you've only cracked the glass and that's all you need. My son cracked the glass on his S4 months ago and he's been waiting for me to fix it and now he's seen how easy it is to do the job with this item he made me order a replacement for his too.Would I recommend this item and seller? Damn right I would! I even had a follow up email thanking me for my purchase and asking if there was anything else they could do for me. A friendly customer service that is sadly lacking in most other places these days. Thank you ECO FUSED, a brilliant service.

Good for the price
It's "almost" perfect.Pros:- Fits perfectly- Comprehensive instructions that are easy to follow, with the most pertinent point being made clearly (that removing the old glass requires patience - it really does)- More tools supplied than you need to do the jobCons:- The replacement glass is not of the highest quality (feels a bit plastic-like), but then, you get what you pay for.- The "garrote" wire supplied can snap. This happened to me and it pulled out from between the glass and the digitizer leaving a nice scratch on the digitizer (I found that the whole removal process can be done just with the plectrum on its own)- The replacement glass has a sticky back, meaning it bonds with the digitizer. Where the bond occurs, you see a "fingerprint" of a black bubble where the glass touches the digitizer. This can be rubbed gently to make it pop back out. My suggestion would be to apply 2 or 3 layers of the 2mm double-sided glue tape to marginally increase the distance between the glass and the digitizer, so that the glass does not remain stuck to the digitizer as easily in the middle of the screen.Overall, a good product that will make your SG-S4 look like new again, following a broken screen.

Absolutely excellent!! The instruction in the product were very good, but I watched the video as recommended. My S4 seemed to have a lot more glue in it than the model used for demo and therefore a lot more cleaning was required. My only point is make sure you get a good quality alcohol based solvent. If I bust another screen I will have no hesitation in buying this kit again.

The little screen that couldn't
Having just received, what I perceive you think qualifies as a suitable replacement screen for a mobile phone ,I'd like to take a few moments to tell you why it does not.Firstly the cost. It was £4.50 dearer than the last screen I purchased from amazon. I believed this to show that I would be getting slightly better quality. Wrong.Secondly. There was no samsung sign on the face itself as advertised.Thirdly. No glue or adhesive sheet to attach the "screen" to the phone itself. And lastly but by no means least, the "screen" itself. The poorest of plastics and when I attempted to look through it I thought I'd been transfered to the lowlands of Scotland on a misty October morn. The shipping was reasonably fast so congratulations on being as smart as a carrier pigeon.1/10 ( because I now have 3 tiny screw drivers for my tiny screws)

video is useful the one you can watch on their website
kit is looking fancy but the screen is not a genuine Samsung make.video is useful the one you can watch on their website, I would most certainly recommend to see it first.the tape is too thick I thought and not strong enough to hold it to digitiser.expect having problems with touch screen after.oh, forgot to mention, the screen is even more brittle than the genuine Samsung one so be careful

Tools don't fit
None of the screwdrivers actually fit the screws on my Galaxy S4.still 2* because I haven't used the screen, bought for the tools. Screen looks about right and doesn't have the "Samsung" text.

Like new again!
The package that the kit came it was surprisingly professional. There were no instructions inside the box, but I found lots of Youtube videos on how to do the screen replacement. I used a hair dryer, which was easier than I thought. I didn't have any proper solution to remove some of the glue residue on the screen - so I used a baby wipe to get some of it off. Didn't do a great job and left some glue marks - but you really have to look hard to see them. After re-installing the replacement glass, everything works great! The glass does feel a little different than the original glass...it seems to be less slippery when sliding my finger across it. Nothing that impacts the usefulness thought...if it really bothers me, I guess I can add a screen protector. In total, it took me about an hour to do the replacement. Would highly recommend this product!

A hairdryer will work just fine, you do not need a heat gun like ...
I used this to replace my screen and here are a few pointers for people who have never done it before:1. You 100% need to take apart the phone and motherboard, f you don't the heat can damage it and cause the phone to not work after. You could potentially replace the screen without taking the phone apart at all, but you run the risk of destroying the entire phone by overheating it. Also when removing the screws to take it apart, one may be painted. Make a note of where the painted screw was located, because if you try to use a warantee on the phone, if that screw is in a new location they can void the warantee and say you've taken apart the phone.2. A hairdryer will work just fine, you do not need a heat gun like the instructions say, I would be scared to use a heat gun because our hairdryer heated it up pretty quickly3. When you get to the point of using the wire to slide under the screen, wear rubber gloves (like dish washing gloves). It helps you hold the wire without slicing into your fingers or crimping the wire a ton (crimping it will make it break pretty soon). If you get to areas where there are shards your wire is catching on, try to pry them up slightly from the edge and work the wire under rather than just forcing the wire, your wire WILL break if you force it4. They only give you two wires in this package, we broke the first one in five minutes of working it down. if you think you could work with the shorter ends, cut both wires in half before doing it and use the half of the wire, that way you have four when one breaks. Either that or you may want to be ready to purchase a spool of that type of wire. we ended up finishing the job with a piece after our second wire broke and it was a struggle let me tell you.5. After you have CAREFULLY rubbed most of the glue off with your finger tips, switching between windex and goo-gone seemed to be our best bet for getting the little remaining scraps off. you can also very gently use your fingernail to scrape some remaining bits off, but be sure not to scratch the digitizer.6. only use the little guitar pick thing on the top or very edges to hold the screen up after prying it apart. If the pick rests on where the actual touch portion of the screen is, the pressure of the pick point pushing down could be enough to break it.7. Once you have worked all the way down to the bottom (you should have started from the top!!), be careful of the ribbon cable buttons glued to it, you need to pry them off, dont just rip the screen off. I used the small flat head screwdriver to pry them off of the glass while my boyfriend held the glass slightly separated from the phone so I could see what I was doing. The ribbon cable is only attached to the phone on one side (the back button side), so dont worry about the cable not being continuous when you get the glass off. idk if that makes sense? If you tear that ribbon cable the buttons will not work (You can replace the ribbon cable or just download the buttons onto the screen after you finish but its better if you dont break the buttons in the first place).8. You may think the back of the new screen is sticky enough you don't need the tape. Use the tape anyway, this is a new screen, not just a screen protector. It is not meant to be self-adhesive and it will not hold up well at all if you just slap the new screen on and call it done. The tape is very easy to put on cleanly and it will adhere the screen very well.Overall a very nice and high quality replacement kit, especially for the price. My only complaint is that I wish it came with more of the wire, because just the two pieces are hardly enough. This kit does not have a button that matches the screen so if you originally had a black screen/button and you buy a white one, you will end up with a white screen and a black button (looks pretty cool though tbh). Watch some youtube videos before you do this and have them ready in case you don't remember certain parts when you are actually in the process. Good luck!
