Great value for money, superb build quality and great optical quality.
Great product, very clear and easy to adjust.I bought as a replacement to some old Nikon ones I had which were fantastic but almost 10x the price.I was pleasantly surprised at how compact these binoculars were and how clear the image was. They're durable with a lovely matte green finish which is easy to keep clean. I've had these on blustery walks in the rain and had no issues, I've also been to the beach and it's done a great job of keeping dust out of the essential areas which would usually hinder their performance.

Great binoculars, easy to use and light to carry. Perfect for birdwatching.
These were bought for me as a surprise present. I had been using some very small binoculars bought for a concert years ago and these were a revelation. We do a lot of bird watching and they are light to carry with a very clear view. They are easy to use and I can use them with or without my glasses. My one criticism would be that I wish the strap on the case was a little longer and I could have the option to carry them cross body.

Decent budget binoclar for basic use, good for 50-600m range...
This is probably the cheapest branded binocular on the market which sports BAK4 prisms. I found other cheaper binoculars claiming to have BAK4 but those were not known/recognized brands so I picked this. The results are great considering the price. Binocular is solidly made, feels very sturdy in hand and is not as heavy. 10x42 is actually very compact.Picture results are great in good lighting conditions for well lit objects from a distance of 50 meters to 600 meters. Objects further away do no focus very clearly and details become fuzzy. The same is true for low light conditions. At night medium to well lit objects in optimal range show great but viewing experience degrade very quickly with lower lighting and longer distances.I'd would highly recommend this for someone looking for a binocular for casual use, occasional fair weather birding or hiking etc.. 4 years ago when I bought my first binoculars £10-£50 I quickly realized that those just don't work and are total waste of money and time so if you really need a bino for viewing then buy this or something similar. For more serious uses specially for longer ranges, this is not the perfect choice (in my opinion at least).

Very Good Value for someone who doesn't want to break the bank.
I bought these binoculars after being away with friends who both had Leicas which probably cost 10x as much. A recent Which report said these Celestron were great value, a level down from their £1000 best buys, Leicas, Zeiss and Swarovskis. I am very happy with the quality, the handling and most importantly the optics. They are very easy to use with glasses and align perfectly. I bought them through Amazon warehouse which saved me another £40. There was a small problem with a missing buckle on one end of the neck strap. Celestron UK sent me a new strap immediately, so cannot fault their customer service.

Very pleased with my purchased. Exactly as described
The Celestron natureDX 10x42 is a well constructed and quality binocular. I bought them specifically to watch the birds on the feeder in my garden and they are superb. Clear and crisp focus and extremely bright image... even on a miserable day like today. I especially like the close focus range of approximately 7 feet. I would recommend these binoculars.

Good quality bins for a budget price.
The 5 stars is based on quality/price ratio. At £90 these are never going to be the best binoculars out there, they are very much budget end bins. I bought these for use by my wife mainly for use on safari. We went for the 8x42 as I felt anything with more magnification would require more stamina to hold steady. Also the 8x42 had a longer eye relief which is important as she wears glasses. I had also read that they fold close together so would be ideal for her small head - they do indeed fold close enough for her - and would also be suitable for many children. She thought they looked big but I think they are quite compact and light for an 8x42.The build quality looks solid enough. The case and strap are not the best but the binoculars themselves (the important bit) looks good. The image is bright and easy to focus. My eyesight isn't great but to my eyes the image was reasonably sharp to the edges. There was minimal chromatic aberrations. Overall the image was very acceptable for cheap binoculars. There is a mount point for an adaptor for use with a tripod or monopod. I can't see us using a tripod with them but I think she may benefit using a monopod if she has to hold them for a long time. I already have a monopod so we will dive that a go.I have no idea how well they will stand up over time? Due to my very poor eyesight in one eye I tend to use a monocular but I might borrow these for a bit of birding from time to time.Overall I think these are good value for money at £90. I am not convinced I would pick these if they were at their highest price of £160 as there might be a better option at that price point.

Nice for the price
I purchased these as I started to get back into birdwatching. I wanted a nice pair of waterproof binoculars & these are ideal. Good price & great features. The strap & lens caps are fantastic. The optics are good & clear. I wanted a pair that I can keep in the car or put in my pocket if I'm out in the countryside & these are perfect for that. A good all round binocular that is affordable & works well. These would be fantastic for a youngster as a present as a first proper pair or a casual user who wants a decent pair of binoculars that doesn't break the bank. Yes there are better binoculars but under for £150 these are fantastic. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
