Only been using it now for 2 days and the stiffness in my calfs has gone, im on the carnivore diet so was probably in need of what this tub offers. Quality product, no taste to it so just like drinking water, great value as you get loads, some of these electrolyte products cost a fortune for so little amount. Well worth the buy and great ingredients for carnivore diet.

Been struggling on the keto way of eating for months despite upping my salt intake dramatically. Probable cause of continuous 'keto flu' was lack of Mg and/or K+ . Within 30 mins of taking this electrolyte powder I once again felt normal and full of energy. Literally also felt all my muscles relax at the same time; must be the calming effect of the Mg.Has the teeny tiniest of little scoops but one scoop in a glass of water did the trick. I can see therefore the tub is going to last a long time thus it makes it exceptional value for the price.I also intend to take this on holidays to the Carribbean soon also to help prevent extra dehydration.Not the best of tastes but it's a lot more tolerable than downing a glass of salt water !All in all it does what it says on the tin and great value for money.

Was doing a water-fast for a few days to try it out. Had no issues but thought I might want to get some electrolytes in case. I actually don't think I needed to do that because a) I wasn't realistically going to go long enough on the fast to need them (I think you should consider them if you do more than a week but otherwise it should be fine) and b) if I felt any negative effects, I would have had real food and drink to stabilise, not just take these and hope for the best.Having said that, it does everything I wanted it to - no noticeable flavour, easy to dose, no sugar and good value although I'm unlikely to use it up this decade.

I’ve been carnivore for 5+ years at age 53, optimal health, BMI, etc but have often struggled to quickly mobilizing my energy to do high intensity workouts ie. spin classes and/or to maintain high energy afterwards. I have always used lots of salt/sodium in my diet and taken 3-1 magnesium supplement, both of which help somewhat, but I’d often feel nauseous or get loose stools if I didn’t get the ratio right - but this product has been a game changer! My energy, mood and recovery have all balanced out as I’m been using this product consistently for the past week. I am very sensitive to sweetened, flavoured electrolyte drinks/powders - they cause me to get sugar cravings, insulin spikes and headaches and generally feel awful. Only tiny amounts are needed, so these is very cost effective and I’m finally able to maintain optimal hydration every day, whether I’m exercising hard or not. Note: I also started having 3 drops of iodine supplement daily, which has also helped tremendously.

has that funny taste like dioralite, but is bearable

Really good product. I use it to extend my fasting. It’s provides all the minerals and stops me getting headache. I like the fact it is not favoured because this would be sweet then. I would definitely recommend. There is little scoop you don’t need a lot.The only negative is the box is quite big but the product is in only half the tin. Otherwise really good.

This was a good electrolyte supplement, and it should be at about twice the price of comparable products. However they have recently changed their packaging, and clearly the formulation of their product. It's now fluffy white rubbish that doesn't dissolve at all. Gross!

When I am travelling extensively in Hot climates I always need additional sodium to keep me balanced, This being due to continuous low level sweating and some stomach issues. I am one of these people who needs lots of sodium in general, ‘Lime Soda salty’ was the solution drink whilst in India. I have tried a number of the rehydration tablets, sachets and other remedies and still reverted to ‘Lime Soda salty’ (ask any waiter in Goa and they will know what you mean). Of course there is Dioralyte which if you require a sachet a day can result in spending a small fortune and make you look like you have some serious issues when passing through the checkout, This product is incredibly cost effective. My partner and I have been travelling in Asia for two months now and found this to be an excellent product. I will not be going to hot climates without this being a staple on my packing list in the future. I would recommend keeping it in its original container for passing through security as a pot of suspicious white powder can raise a few unwanted eyebrows. Highly recommend
