A handy little cleaner and makes hoovering stairs and low down under tables etc extremely easy. Easy to empty and put back together again with enough tools to tackle most jobs. Nice long cable so that you can get right to the top of the stairs and nice and light to carry. Really good suction power and picks up everything that is put in front of it. The bulkier normal upright vacuum hardly gets used now as it is so much easier to just pick this up, with the tools, and get the job done in half the time.

This vacuum looks neat & tidy, and in theory should be a nifty little thing, however I would not waste your money.The handle end is heavy and the suction is appalling, it just moves to bits around the carpet and you end up having to pick them up.Save your money, spend a bit more and get a decent vacuum.

Resonable for the money, not really well balanced, you can feel the weight on your wrist.

I do a better job with my hand rather than using this. It does not serve the purpose at all. Even for a small spec of dust you need to hold the vacuum over it for a minute and guess what it still wouldn't take it and you would have to remove your broom. the only thing it tends to pick up is the tiny dust which you cant see with your eyes. I can only say i wasted my money on this. Better to go for a more expensive vacuum cleaner

Decent quality item, as described. As its a bit more powerful and with greater capacity than some of the alternatives, its a little bit heavier and chunkier. Its got quite powerful suction but is also quite noisy. I like the fact that it comes with a selection of attachments. The cord is quite long so its a bit of a pain to store. Overall good value for the price, which is less than some of the better known brands, and seems to be well made.

If you want a lightweight vacuum to pick up pet hair, dust and dirt from hard floors, then this is ideal. It's not so great on carpets but we particularly wanted something to compliment our trusty Sebo for use on hard flooring and to get into awkward corners, under tables & sofas and up in the corners for cobwebs.I have tried another make which was over double the price of this one but it wasn't as good. It doesn't bother me that it is a plug in rather than re-chargeable because: a) I was concerned about the battery life and b) with a re-chargeable you still have to plug it in and unplug it - just into the charging unit instead of a plug socket!This is really easy to empty and clean and the 6 meters of cable (1more than with similar products) is actually very useful.If, like us, you have a mixture of carpets and hard floors and you have struggled to find a vacuum that deals with both adequately and you have pets that seem to shed hair constantly, then I would recommend this but only for hardfloor areas. Yes, it does seem a bit silly to have 2 vacs but I wouldn't be without either of mine now.

A great vacuum but just one problem with it, it's too powerful for its own good as it over heats to much which then it shuts itself down for 10 mins which I then decided to take the black top filter out while leaving the white one in and also in taking off the motor filter removable cover and filter which makes it last just a bit longer but you have to wash and dry the white filter after almost every time you use which is a pain to do every time you use it, will be looking for a new vacuum but just a bit less powerfull shame as it is a good vacuum from vonhaus.(UPDATE) I thought i would try to save this vacuum before purchasing another one which i decided to take the vacuum fully apart to see what i could come up with which i did & behind the right side of the vacuum behind the removable cover & black webby filter their were the main say 50/60 pre vonhaus made air holed ventilation mould which behind that is the motor which is covered in a black thin mould with only about 40/50 again pre made vonhaus air holes in it which i then perfectly drilled with a 6mm wide drill bit about about 200 holes all around the cover & also on the main metallic grey outer housing exactly opposite the right sides ventilation part so it looked just like the removable filter cover which it did & after fitting it all back together & switching it on which it did & as i was so happy & very proud of myself for what i had accomplished & that it looked really nice too i thought they this vacuum cleaner now is going to last for me for a very long time & too my amazement i tried it only on only our kitchen lino & living room hardwood flooring which i thought would go easy on the motor which when used it didn't get as not as it did but still very hot though & when it seemed all going very well with the vacuum it then cut off with the motor in overheating (lasting about 7 minutes in all) which i had tried about 3 times in all which then kept in doing the same overheating & with the motor cutting off too which then sadly to say i threw the vacuum in the bin which now i'am using my new black & decker cordless 2in1 dust buster (the one with the rectangle auction tube - check out youtube videos it) which is great but not as good as a corded one which i think i might still get with hopefully some kind of cord self rewind device on it just to use & to store it away alot nicer & quicker but now it will be just a cause of finding one for myself. Overall a good vacuum from vonhaus but now very sadly in the bin & which i will have to say is a big disappointment from vonhaus who usually makes good electrical items as i have their electrical saws & cutting router. Any chance of a refund on my vacuum please vonhaus. (Vacuum from brand new to dustbin in only one week) 😢

A bit worried at first as came in smaller box than I thought. ideal to keep up stairs, picks up lots of dirt, very easy to use and move around.
