Hi, I have been using creams like this since I was about 14 and have been fine. This particular cream is for sensitive skin and is ideal for that. I'm not too sure if your daughter may be abit too young for it. Maybe you could pose this question to the manufacturer or customer services. Details for them should be found in the product details somewhere.I would probably consider a mini trimmer that's suitable for face, as obviously these don't contain chemicals.Hope this helps in some way.
