I have used the gel repeatedly during gelli printing with great results. Would buy again.

Good value for money. I use this to seal my pages in my art journal and to afix various papers and fabrics to my art journal pages and canvases. It's a nice smooth consistency that is easy to spread so far seems to have a good hold and once dried handles the application of very wet mediums such as water colours well. It's my go to gel medium for all adhering paper and light-weight to medium weight objects and substrates.

Used to mount borderless canvas, works very well. One tube did 2 large, still some left.

Exactly what was advertised. Clear and matt - becomes practically invisible. Huge tube which will last for ages. Very, very happy with this product and will definitely buy it again.

I bought this Matt Gel because it was so much cheaper than the big name brands I'm used to, and I wanted to see how it performed. This is what I have found: It is not completely transparent and leaves a very slight haze over colours, which would build up over layers. It is not really a gel - more of a thick liquid. It does have quite a strong, odd smell. On the plus side: It's good value for money. It's much more transparent than translucent, and it's okay for one-layer applications. It dries quickly, and the smell disappears fast. It probably goes that bit further than gel. I will be using it in conjunction with Golden, and Winsor and Newton products, and will probably try other products from this range. Hope this helps?

Very happy with purchase, a great item from Pebeo, and it works well with a matt finish.

Pebeo acrylic paints are not great, as they are mixed with white, making mixed colours muddy and dull. However! this gel medium is clear, and does exactly what its supposed to do. I'm using it with Amsterdam acrylics, and getting a great result.
