Why does the bottle say ‘coffeine’ rather than caffeine? Is this a clue that it’s not genuine?

Coffein is German for caffein. Lots of the writing on the bottle is also German. This is a product produced for German market. Still the same as alpecin you buy here just with different writing on bottle.
