OEM Rear Back Glass Replacement for iPhone X 5.8 inches with Reparing Toolkit and Pre-Installed Adhesive (Space Gray/Black)

I have an iPhone 15 pro . I bought this hoping that it would stop my phone from rebooting every 3 min . I just followed the instructions that came with it , Hooked up the magnetic charging connector , put on some adhesive and back together and my iPhone 15 pro works again without cutting off . Camera works and the flashlight works as well . I’m glad I purchased this item and would like to say Thank you .

I have an iPhone 15 pro and just installed the natural titanium backing. It took about an hour to finish and evening went smoothly. The back glass is 1 to 1, looks exactly like the original. Seems pretty sturdy, not flimsy at all. I would recommend buying a few extra razor blades as they wear out pretty quickly, but other than that all good. The flash and wireless charging coil also work. Definitely worth the 40 bucks.

It was easy to replace, but after I installed it, my phone turned off every 3 minutes which can happen with off-brand stuff. I ended up having to put my destroyed old glass back on which works perfectly so it wasn’t faulty installation. I wasted a few hours on something that left me with a worse situation than when I started.

Great value, durable feel, color is perfect match, installing was easy, the adhesive for the new back glass cover is strong. So far I love it. I broke the back glass cover on my iPhone 16 pro and decided to change the color from desert sand white to titanium white. Install took awhile because I took my time with the step by step instructions that came with it. All the tools make the install that much easier! Would highly recommend- so far I haven’t gotten the massage from my iPhone saying if this was a genuine part or not. So that’s an added star plus!!

Back glass is cheap, and not bad quality for what you pay. Unfortunately it’s not a genuine, 1st party Apple back glass. Mine broke relatively fast so the build quality on the glass isn’t as good as a true OEM but again you’re paying $40 so the quality is just about on par for what you’re getting I wish it was a little cheaper though. I would give it a 3.5star if I could. One of the biggest dead giveaways of it not being genuine is the camera lens’s. Genuine Apple back glasses use Sapphire camera lens’s that are incredibly scratch resistant and rank a 9 on Mohs scale. I tested the replacement back glass lens’s with a steel knife that’s S30V steel which can scratch glass 6-7 on Mohs scale and lower. A genuine back glass with sapphire would not see a single scratch from this knife since quality sapphire ranks at a 9 but the replacement lens from this seller scratched easily, a dead giveaway and red flag that it’s not an “OEM” glass as the seller claims and and lens ranks 5.5, maybe even lower, on the Mohs scale. OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer • Made to Apple’s specs, often by the same factories Apple uses. • Identical materials (like sapphire lens covers, ion-strengthened back glass, etc.) Scratches on the lens directly degrade image clarity by: • Scattering light (making photos look hazy or foggy) • Reducing sharpness, especially in bright or backlit scenes • Creating glare, reflections, and ghosting in night mode or flash photos ⸻ Light Distortion & Lower Image Quality • OEM sapphire is optically engineered to reduce distortion and color fringing. • Cheap glass can: • Blur image edges • Introduce chromatic aberration (weird purple/green edges around objects) • Change the color tone slightly due to poor coatings or impurities in the glass ⸻ 3. Weak AR (Anti-Reflective) Coating or None at All • Apple uses high-grade anti-reflective coatings on sapphire lenses. • Your lens likely has none or a very basic coating, leading to: • Reflections and lens flares • Decreased contrast in photos • Washed-out colors in bright light Again, it’s not bad for what you pay but you’re limiting and bottlenecking your cameras internal sensors by putting cheap glass in front of it and if you’re ok with that and don’t mind the cheaper quality glass and lens’s, then this is a not bad deal. Pulled genuine back glasses vary in price depending on condition about $80-$140 so paying half of that can be a good deal if you’re ok with these exceptions but it’s not OEM as the seller claims.

In theory this back glass should be a good deal. Many aftermarket components offer equal performance and quality to OEM Apple components. Everything about the product is good except the camera lenses. Many reviewers erroneously note it turns pictures purple. That is simply because they forgot to remove the interior protective covers prior to installation. My main issue is the lenses arrived dirty on the inside and are made of an inferior lens material. Photos taken afterwards had significantly higher glare and the lenses themselves scratched surprisingly easy. Other than that it’s a great product. Especially for the price. Everything is great except the camera lenses. And that to me is a pretty significant Achilles heal to an otherwise value packed product.

Everything you need to do the job just make sure you have a heat gun or hair dryer! Great quality! Exact fit easy installation

The back cover was really good quality, it fit perfectly and was easy to apply with 3M adhesive backing. Toolkit was also very useful.
