Extraordinary powers
Great product! My son's acne disappeared completely after one week of use twice a day. If only I knew about the power of this product...he suffered for 4 years with acne! I also I give few drops to my toddler as she suffers with constipation from time to time. It is quite bitter for a wee one so just mix it with honey. I noticed that about 8 drops does the job, not only helping constipation but also improving appetite and mood! Great to take a teaspoon after a heavy meal, if you have one.So very happy I found Swedish Bitters, one product should be in any cabinet! Highly recommend.

Heya.This product does work and does what it promises. However I find that the alcohol based one works far better than the aqua extracted versions.Alcohol is simply a better extractant, and thus gives you a much more potent tonic, and, due to the alcohol, is actually better and more rapidly absorbed by the body.

Excellent for people with low digestive enzymes
I had low pancreatic and small intestine brush boarder enzymes, medically known as EPI and Disacchridase Deficiencies. This means my digestion does a poor job of breaking down proteins, fats, and complex carbohydrates. I swallow 1 tsp of Flora Digestive Bitters before each meal. This really helps improve my digestion and greatly improves my regularity. This product has done a better job of improving my digestion and constitution than prescription digestive enzymes. I highly recommend trying this product if you need a boost to your digestive process. It may initially taste bad, but it becomes an acquired taste, and I have developed a favorable association with the bitter taste because it has help me feel so much better.

Works well fir SIBO
I love this product because it’s necessary for my condition (SIBO). It tastes horrible but that’s expected. I love that it’s alcohol free.

Really bad tasting...
When I was told what bitters were, I assumed they'd be more tart than bitter.I tried a 5mL amount last night. I was very gassy from taking an Omega-3 pill and was hoping it would help. My husband also took one, just to try the taste out.I smelled it first. It smelled good, but not like "I want to drink this good", more like "this would be a good air freshener scent" good...My husband drank it first. He drank a bit of apple cider vinegar the other day and said the ACV was worse.I drank the bitters, and almost legitimately threw up. To me, it was worse than the ACV (I had also had some a few days earlier). It was very triggering for me personally (I have trauma related to throwing up).In the end, we threw the bitters away. They didn't end up helping my gas either.I understand that bitters are BITTER. I was expecting something different though. Not so woody tasting.

Sad that my bitter arrived in this state. Looks like the lid came unscrewed. I love this product. Not returnable though, so apparently I'm SOL.
