I have been using this product only for six days but from day one, the exhausted feeling has gone and I haven't been thinking of food constantly. It definitely had a positive effect on my constant hunger which was a bonus. I started exercising and have not been feeling achy or tired. I am so happy that I found this product while I was looking for a supplement for a friend's ADHD symptoms. The very first day, I did feel a little heady but I am extremely sensitive to any chemicals generally so I did persevere and about the third day that feeling had gone. Also, I did have a little tummy upset on the first day but that could be to do with something else as it was a very warm day, it could be food related. I have no issues now, just enjoying life more and looking forward to the mornings now.

I don't quite know if its working

I have been taking this product for a week now as I work on a shift pattern - alternating nights and days - greatly affect my mood, sleep pattern, and concentation. Winter season doesnt help as well as we get a lot of gloomy days. Since taking the Serotalin, i noticed some significant changes with my mood and sleep. I feel more calm, definitely had an undisturbed sleep after a night shift which was unusual as i tend to have broken sleep after doing a night shift. The pill is easy to swallow unlike many others that tend to stick in your throat and no aftertaste at all. I feel more anergized as well and was able to sustain my energy and still have the motivation to go to the gym after work instead of feeling clammy all day. Worth a try for people who need a little kick to start the day.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to have a go. The product arrived on time and sealed. Yesterday, I took 1 capsule, easy to swallow and taste nothing, which is good, however, after 2 hours, my knee was shaking, I became irritable, which ruined our trip because of my depressive mood.

After a long illness and a full recovery, I had finished with medication about 3 months ago. However, I was feeling very lethargic and needed a kick start following the gruelling treatment. By chance I found these (think it was fate) and everyday I am starting to feel myself again. Highly recommended. They have worked wonders for me, if you don’t try you will never know - more energy, better sleep, lift in mood etc.

J'ai testé le produit pendant 10 jours. Effectivement on se sent mieux, avec plus d'entrain, et les coups de blues sont moins fréquents. J'ai même réussi à descendre ma dose d'anti-dépresseur (avec l'aval de mon médecin bien sûr). En revanche j'ai eu de très fortes nausées pendant toute la durée du traitement, et je n'ai malheureusement pas pu continuer le traitement. C'est un des effets secondaires, très rare, mais pas de chance moi je l'ai eu :/ Le vendeur a été super, il m'a remboursé le produit sans que j'ai à le retourner. La majorité des personnes ne ressent pas cet effet secondaire, donc je conseille tout de même grandement le produit, il agit en à peine quelques jours, et une seule gélule le matin suffit largement!

Estaba muy baja de ánimo, no me apetecía hacer nada, me costaba una eternidad realizar cualquier tarea. Llevo 3 semanas tomando una cápsula diaria y me encuentro mucho más animada, con más ganas de hacer cosas, más activa en general.

Due anni fa ho dovuto assumere antidepressivi per un esaurimento nervoso a distanza di due anni mi stava venendo una recidiva ho provato a riprenderlo ma ho dovuto smettere perché stavo peggio !ho provato questo prodotto e dopo solo una settimana sento già i benefici e ho provato di tutto (avevo perso energie voglia di fare e anche l'appetito)invece ora mi sto riprendendo e senza farmaci e soprattutto senza effetti collaterali pesanti prodotto straconsigliato se soffri di depressione o esaurimento di lieve entità o se sei semplicemente stressato .grazie di nuovo amazon!!
