Excellent produced, heat lasts all day. ( medium heat builds up) Never seems to get uncomfortable hot were you have to remove. If sensitive skin just have fine layer of fabric between. I use all time to ease my back pain. I sometimes use 2 or 3 at a time, depending on area in need. easy to place and stick. I fully recommend patches. Good price.

Be very careful when ordering this item it was approx £35 when i ordered them so I put them on a prescription and now they are £45 which if I didn't look i wouldn't of known about the price hike

I get bad pain in my lower back, particularly through winter due to the cold and damp. I've tried a lot of different products as a result and have never used anything so suited to my needs. The wraparound style and velcro fastening meant they stayed in place (unlike the usual stick on patches) even through a physically demanding 12 hour shift involving lots of walking, bending down and cleaning. They recommend you only keep them on for 8 hours, however I had no ill effects to my skin after 12 hours of wear and they continued to work the entire time. These patches are well-fitting, discreet and offered genuine relief that allowed me to carry on working with no discomfort. I can imagine these would also work well for stomach cramps at that time of the month! Long story short- These patches work significantly better than others I've tried in the past, the bundles are great value, and I will definitely be ordering again in future and recommending them to other people. Fantastic product.

These are brilliant, I suffer with severe back pain all year round these help keep me mobile. They are easy to use and fairly comfortable. The heat lasts for at least 8 hrs meaning I don't have to change it. Just wish they made a similar product for the knees.
