Do the drawers come right out if wanted

Yes I find it a good product for filing stuff. The draws come out right to end and if you lift up, They come out too.

Do these drawers pull out completely?

Yes, you simply pull all the way out and then lift upwards slightly to allow the tray to slide over the catch which prevents accidental removal. Nice and easy.

are the draws deep enough for ink pads

Yes it is ... I have an ink pad in mine Good luck regards

Is it possible to get replacement labelling clips?

I never used them seem to remember - mind you more than 8 years ago = I found they were a nuisance
