Soda Bicarbonate is a white powder. Also called Baking Soda or Bicarbonate of Soda. Occurs naturally, mainly in rivers or lakes which has high alkaline in the water. Then it is mined. All Soda Bicarbonates are aluminium free regardless, even though I ordered Soda Bicarbonate Aluminium Free + Gluten free.
