iSpring RCC7 Reverse Osmosis System, 5-Stage, 75 GPD, NSF Certified

I have used this system for a while when working in the US so grabbed one when they became available here. I find the system well made and straight forward to install. The water tastes amazing and even my coffee machine sounds better now. I bought a bottle of Ultra Lyte electrolyte drops to add to the water when I am drinking straight from the tap to get my minerals in. All in all, in my opinion, a premium product with reasonable priced replacement bits. There are a bunch of Chinese water RO systems knocking about but I reckon it is a good shout to pay a little more for this guy. Here's to years of great drinking water and problem free appliances.

I did a lot of research on this product (Youtube, Google etc) and supplier before purchasing, all of which i found to be very positive. the package arrived in good time and everything was in good condition and included for installation. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, one word of caution this does take up a bit of space, I personally could not get it under the sink and had to fit it in a cupboard alongside the sink (double butters sink style). Installation was easy, just be careful to follow the installation instructions, Youtube is also helpful, I did not rush even so took no more than a couple of hours. Was a bit concerned when after flushing as per the instructions the water was still cloudy but a second flush took care of that. I do live in a fairly clean, soft water area but concerned about the "Additives" put into water. Have tried the resulting end product on several friend/ relatives and all a very surprised with the difference in taste. I tested the Dissolved solids and I think this speaks for its self, they are way down and such things as tea a noted difference in taste can be noted. Personally I am delighted with this product and currently trying to convince my Daughter to let me gift her a system, she is also into clean eating. I noted from my research the compliments given by people who had to contact customer services but found this unnecessary as the product installation was seamless and up to now (8 months) has worked without a hitch. If like me you are pursuing this system unsure I can only given word of advice BUY, DONT DRINK TAP WATER Guys, plenty of research out there.

Had it fitted for 4 months and now it's full of E.coli Bacteria. it needs a full flush through with sanitizing agent and new filters so I am going to scrap it I am 77 years old and don't need to have some thing that could kill me. and shurely it should last more that 4 months. tested city water that's OK tested when fitted it was OK now it's toxic

Installed this system without any problems, no water leaks whatsoever (it's been over a month using it) and very pleased in general with this filter system starting from packaging it arrived, product materials (everything is very high quality, they even include roll of PTFE tape to seal threads and water leak detector is included if you decide ti use it) and ending with pure drinking water straight from the tap. No more plastic bottles. Very pleased with the purchase, should have done it years ago as I've heard about these RO water filtering systems before but thought that they would be very expensive to buy and maintain. Though keep in mind that in future you will have to buy and replace filter cartridges. Thank you everyone at iSpring great company selling great product(s) - keep up the good work!

I read an earlier review that said that it came out with an American fitting in error, unfortunately this happened to me as well. The water fitting was again American and it would not appear to be an isolated instance, the plumber who I had waiting to fit this unit visited 5 plumbers merchants and could not find fittings to adapt it to the UK system, unfortunately I was charged £50 for his time. On examining the contents I was impressed by the excellent quality of the product, sadly I was having work done on my kitchen and needed a unit then and there. The replacement unit sourced in the UK is £50 more expensive and is only a 4 stage system. On returning the ISpring unit to Amazon, they contacted me and were very concerned about my comments, I have to say that there desire to remedy the situation, communication, help and advise has been second to none. The upshot is that ISPring have refunded my £50 for the plumbers time and have made the following commitment. "As you can see below in the email thread and posted website link from Pearl, my manager, we are finalizing our shipment of the cold water adapters needed for the more standard pipe connection in the UK. This item will be shipping out by Monday, August 11th and in Amazon UK warehouses within 7-10 days. It will also come standard with all of our new systems shipping from Amazon UK. Although it is not, quote, "a universal self-tapping saddle fitting " as you propose, it is our understanding that it is the most popular fitting size needed for the UK market. I will say that your universal self-tapping saddle fitting suggestion has given us something to consider and we have briefly discussed this idea and tabled it to be explored further. Thank you for the suggestion" Great Company and a great product, buy it with the UK fitting and I am confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase.

A very good and professional product. I'm very glad that I took this product + is very easy to change the filters and they are very accessible. If you want a very good quality RO/DI water go with this product. I have read other customers were complaining that is made with cheap materials and is very hard to install. I can disagree them 100%. Is very easy to install (it comes with a manual + you can do it by yourself, no need for help). It also comes with lots of spares and I like that. The only thing that I would change is to take the one with the pump (now i have the TDS 3-4 units and I would prefer 0 or 1 because I use the water for my salt water aquarium).

Delivered on time and in good condition. Excellent savings as no longer buying and bringing home water. Installation manual excellent and clear. Only slightly complicated to install the main water feed and drainage to the waste pipe. Get plumber to do this if you are unfamiliar with this. Otherwise, rest is easy.

Firstly, have tried to be in touch with this company and they don't reply to emails or messages. Have read warning via WHO and other health officials about reverse osmosis being bad for you because it depreciates the water from magnesium and is known as dead spring water. Was hoping that this company would guide me to change this issue, though it's been a month following no communication from my 3 emails. Also, this was advertised as being located in the EU, however the product is in the US. If I want to return the item it will cost me postage and it's a huge package. Not recommended for all the above reasons
