This stuff is brilliant :) it's iodine based with a soft balm covering(which I think is a medical type of vasaline) easy to cut up for smaller areas, it does not sting at all, it's soothing, healing and cleansing for your skin wound, put a nice dressing over the top that's padded and your good to go, love this stuff.

Is Inadine the same as lindocaine

no.this is a rressing to go on ulcers..burns etc. lindocaine is numbing ointnent.

Does Inadine have Iodine in it

It contains an iodine equavalent yes but 1%

do these dressings have a shelf life/use by date?

Yes they do and on the box I purchased recently it is July 2017.
