Can you use just this paper for the iron on or do you need to have some kind of transfer paper with it?

you can just iron this one, but I would also using a pressing sheet to make sure I didn't scorch the vinyl

Yes, it is made to use with a regular iron and it worked very well!

Can someone tell me which pressure setting I would set my Cricut to in order to cut through this material?

You are supposed to use the Kiss Cut, you also need to mirror the image. The plastic cover should stay intact, only the iron on piece will cut.

Very good but very pricey!

Great item and does exactly what it says on the packaging. I used it to create an iron-on image for a cushion cover and it was really easy to apply. Very impressed! I only wish the roll was a bit longer as its quite pricey for what you get.
