Avoid. Doesn't work.
These things are so tiny and did nothing. If you want patches that work, look for Aspercreme's flex patch. Seems weird, but when I was in severe pain, it was one of the few things that helped. It's just not something you can easily find on Amazon. I settled for this useless item and wasted money.

Not worth it
I'm not entirely sure what these were supposed to do, but they did nothing. No pain relief, no bionic leg power, no super human strength...nada. At least it was a trial pack, but even the patches didn't stay on longer than a day. They were more or less hot garbage.
